By booking an appointment through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All massage therapy services provided are strictly professional and therapeutic. Clients must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries prior to the session. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis, and the therapist does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or perform spinal manipulations. By receiving services, you acknowledge that you are receiving massage therapy at your own risk and release the therapist and business from any liability resulting from the session, unless due to gross negligence or misconduct.

Refund Policy: Payments for services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. Prepaid sessions that are canceled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded upon request. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or health concerns. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
